Who we're looking for:

Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Alabama, Inc. (TMMAL) is looking to fill a Human Resources Co-Op position for the Summer 2023 Co-op Term. The co-op will have exposure to the three key areas of Human Resources at TMMAL (Team Member Relations, Staffing, and Talent Management)

The primary duties of this role are:

• Conduct data analytics to identify countermeasures supporting various HR projects
• Team Member Relations Advocate
• Visualize key performance indicators (KPI)

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Seeking sophomores and above with a cumulative GPA of 2.7 or higher.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to relocate to work location
• Have lawful, unlimited authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
• Must demonstrate a genuine interest in and willingness to work in the automotive/mobility industry post-graduation.
