Job Summary
Provides administrative and clerical support to Human Resources Operations team in day-to-day activities.

Essential Tasks and Duties (Other duties may be assigned)

• Assist with new hire class administrative tasks.
• Assist with payroll and other HR Operation tasks as needed.
• Answer, greet and check in visitors.
• Assist with import spreadsheets for new hire classes.
• Make calls regarding returned mail received.
• File paperwork.
• Complete checklists for employee status changes.
• Track employee personal items.
• General administrative and clerical support for the site.
• Assist with benefits-related administrative tasks as needed.
• Committee involvement as needed.
• Regular attendance and working on-site at the Portland headquarters building is essential.

Requirements

• CONFIDENTIALITY is a must.
• 2-4 year college degree preferred.
• 1 year experience in HR environment preferred.
• 1-2 years administrative experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of MS office suite of applications and aptitude to learn new applications quickly.
• Overall strong computer skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)

• Minimum Salary: $16.83 an hour
• Maximum Salary: $21.15 an hour
