As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the efficiency, quality, and profitability of our janitorial services. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategies to ensure the continued success of our company.
The successful candidate will possess a self-starting, can-do attitude, excellent communication and proven customer & employee relationship skills. Has a proven and verifiable track record successfully managing multiple accounts/buildings in a large region and has the ability to represent our firm in a highly professional manner.
The candidate must have 5 years experience in the industry or a related industry and be available to travel, take emergency calls 24/7 and have the motivation to succeed in a challenging work environment.
