Job Description
As a member of the hospital management team the program director is responsible for participating in the maintenance of the quality standards of patient care and assuring a safe and health-promoting atmosphere. In collaboration with the Administrative Director is responsible for round the clock administration of the program, including supervision and managing of all non-MD personnel, budgeting and program activity. The Program Director will ensure full compliance with OMH and hospital standards and regulations on program operations, clinical standards of care and practices, and administrative program operations responsibilities.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint)
Required Experience/Skills:
* Ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
Education: Master degree in social service field, preferably a licensed social worker, CASAC and/or substance abuse training and experience
Location : Brooklyn, NY
