Position: Customer Service Representative - In Office (Plantation, FL)
Summary for Customer Service Representative
Alpha Staffing & Employee Leasing provides customer service and back office support to Consolidated Credit, a non-profit organization with a 30-year history of being an industry leader in providing financial counseling and debt management services nationwide. Consolidated works with consumers and their creditors to lower interest rates, lower monthly payments to help clients get out of debt faster. You can be part of this team working in a fast-paced , multi channel contact center and make a difference every day.
In this role you will help resolve issues for Consolidated clients by working with creditors on their behalf. This includes solving account and billing issues, completing paperwork requirements and guiding our clients for the best solutions to resolve their personal debt.
Role Description for Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with clients and creditors via phone calls, chats, emails and portal communication assisting them with their questions and providing solutions to any problems they may encounter.
