Silly Farm Supplies is Hiring a Team Member/Customer Service Near Davie, FL

Position Overview:

We are seeking someone highly proficient in Shopify, motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team at Silly Farm Supplies, a leading Ecommerce retailer specializing in face paint and related supplies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by efficiently handling various tasks, including order processing, issue resolution, and general customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Assist customers in navigating the website, providing guidance on products, and resolving any issues.

2. Order Management:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

- Enter purchase orders into the system and ensure timely fulfillment.

- Assist in the fulfillment process as needed, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately.

3. Issue Resolution:

- Handle customer concerns, order issues, and returns with a positive and solution-oriented approach.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer problems effectively.

4. Office Literacy:

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic office software.

- Familiarity with copiers, scanners, and other office equipment.

5. QuickBooks Knowledge:

- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks for tasks such as invoicing and basic financial transactions.

6. Multi-tasking:

- Wear multiple hats and adapt to different responsibilities as needed in a small business environment.

- Be a self-starter capable of taking initiative to address issues and improve processes.

- Open is small projects to improve website, improve processes, and prepare for special events and sales.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Shopify platform

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an Ecommerce or retail setting.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Familiarity with face paint products or the cosmetics industry is a plus.
