The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving inquiries efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle various customer scenarios.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about Brightwave Solutions’ products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve customer experience
- Meet or exceed call handling quotas and quality performance metrics
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a call center agent or customer service representative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Proficiency with computers and various software applications
- Strong typing and data entry skills
