What we do.

Connected Health Care is a healthcare staffing & recruiting company focused on travel nursing, travel allied health, and permanent placement of all positions across the healthcare spectrum. Since our founding in February of 2021, we’ve helped hundreds of companies across the healthcare space retain both full-time and temporary employees where needed the most. Our clients range from fortune 500 Hospital Systems to 8-bed Critical-Access Hospitals!

We are growing our Human Resources team in order to account for the growth in our contract workforce. Our HR team supports on-boarding, administering benefits, running payroll, and credentialing our contract staff for assignment.

The team.

We are a team of 35 internal employees with many more medical travelers on staff working at our client facilities in 30 different states, and we're growing quickly! We are driven to help people, love traveling, are financially motivated, enjoy the outdoors, & live music (hence, Austin, TX). We understand that a healthy work-life balance is key in fulfilling career and personal life, so while we take our work seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

Compensation & Benefits

$75,000/year while also participating in company bonuses. We offer health, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401k match and generous vacation days. As mentioned, we strongly believe in work/life balance so we encourage our staff to focus on life outside of work as often as they feel they need to. We are in the office Mon-Thurs, with Friday being a half day remotely.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of Human Resources experience

Bachelor’s Degree or higher (ideally in HR or related field)

Bonus if you know the healthcare or staffing space
