Our client, a respected construction firm in the St. Louis area, is looking to add a Project Manager to their team. The ideal candidate should have experience in a PM or Project Engineering role, supporting key stakeholders in construction projects. Prior experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Industrial sector is a plus. This position is located in St. Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits: $75K-$85K, 100% Paid Medical/Dental/Vision, PTO, 401k Match

Responsibilities of a Project Manager:

• Oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various industries.
• Perform shop drawing review and processing.
• Take part in estimating and plan takeoffs.
• Handle budget related items including project financials, reporting on project costs, and other technical data.
• Work closely with field labor management to include subcontractor coordination and scheduling.
• Ability to establish relationships with key stakeholders.

Success Factors of a Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• 2-5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Must have a self-starter attitude with strong work ethic.
• Understanding of construction plans, specifications, project scheduling, etc.
• Knowledge of Primavera software a plus.
• OSHA 10-hour certification desired.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Document Control software.
