Solutions AEC is an innovation leader in the delivery of Engineering lead design-build Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical design and construction services. Currently, we are seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the vertical building design and construction industry.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead MEP projects, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the project lifecycle
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met and communicated effectively
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively
• Oversee the design and construction process, ensuring compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations
• Coordinate and manage the work of MEP engineers, designers, and subcontractors
• Conduct site visits and meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MEP design and construction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field with a minimum of 5 years of design and project management experience; P.E. licensure a requirement
• Proven track record of managing MEP projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Experience in design/build projects and commissioning assistance is a plus
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
