About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to drive sales in the enterprise and corporate segments. This pivotal role involves exceeding revenue targets, aligning with global strategy, and making a significant impact on the company's growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy, engaging in high-stakes deals, and leading a high-performing team to success. Sales management, leadership, and hands-on responsibilities are key, including driving pipeline growth, developing cutting-edge sales strategies, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts. The role also requires building and empowering a winning team, nurturing C-suite relationships, and ensuring the team delivers world-class results.Candidates for the Vice President of Sales position should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), at least 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, and a strong background in the enterprise B2B SaaS industry, with a preference for those experienced in selling workflow automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in complex, fast-paced, multi-channel sales environments, a strong drive for results, and excellent leadership and people management skills. The role demands a hands-on approach, with the VP expected to engage directly in sales strategies, mentor direct reports, and deliver exceptional sales presentations. Remote work experience and the ability to work effectively with global teams are also essential.
