About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to oversee the planning, creation, implementation, security, and maintenance of its information systems and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of IT operations within the company's operating entities and for compliance with IT and IT security policies and practices. This role involves supervising IT, ERP support, security, and compliance departments, providing technical guidance to a nationwide team of IT professionals, and leading post-acquisition integration efforts. The VP of IT will also be a key member of various IT and cybersecurity committees, and will be expected to have a high level of technical expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 20 years' of progressively higher levels of IT leadership experience. A strong background in practical, hands-on IT and security experience is essential, including expertise in a range of technologies such as Azure, Active Directory, and virtualization. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of leading IT teams in a decentralized operation, managing IT and application support services, and engaging with local IT and executive leaders. Experience with IT standards such as CMMC, NIST, and ISO 27001 is also necessary. The ideal candidate will be a proactive technology leader with excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to influence and manage a diverse team.
