Basic Responsibilities:
Function as teller to process member transactions accurately and efficiently such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, email, and telephone requests. Maintain accurate cash drawer. Give personalized service to our members and discover opportunities to assist them along the way. Welcomes and establishes relationships by getting to know the members to provide WOW Customer service. Adheres to operational procedures and processes.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
Credit Union or Banking experience, cash handling experience
Required Qualifications:
Cash handling and member service experience is strongly preferred.
PC and Internet proficiency. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.
Work involves customers inside & outside the organization.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
Dependable transportation. Ability to multi-task.
Dependability, Reliability, Flexibility, High quality of work.
Honest, courteous. Excellent written & verbal skills, professional demeanor.
Able to pass a background check.
Education:
High School Diploma, GED or HiSET
Work days/hours:
FT Monday - Friday 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm daily (25 hrs week)
PT Monday & Friday 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm (10-15 hrs week)
