We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our retail team here at Taj Alliance. As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will be trained from the ground up on all aspects of our client accounts, products, services, and home improvement initiatives. By directly communicating with customers on a daily basis, you will be an integral part of our client’s home improvement campaign initiatives by demonstrating product knowledge, customer service, support, and the ability to escalate all necessary information to upper management.
