Assistant General Manager Responsibilities
Operates a high-volume restaurant, where constant evaluation of the guest experience is of the utmost importance
Maintains staffing pars by managing full lifecycle of hourly team members - recruit, interview, hire, schedule, train, and provide critical feedback
Champions our hands-on coaching and training programs for FOH for adherence to company and concept standards
Assists GM with developing key holders and entry-level managers to continue with their upward growth
Lead inspirational and educational pre-service meetings to fine tune tableside service skills
Curates continuous educational courses with assistance from the leadership team
Tableside presence with guests to receive feedback and address concerns
Financial responsibilities such as inventory, ordering, tip distribution, timecard adjustments, reconcile cash and credit card transactions
Qualifications
4 years of management experience in full-service, high-volume, upscale restaurants
Servsafe certification or equivalent
Proven ability to lead hiring initiatives and training programs
Proficient knowledge of LBW management
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
