Confidential is Hiring an Office Manager Near Dothan, AL

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise office staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants
- Oversee and coordinate daily office activities and operations
- Manage employee schedules and time-off requests
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
- Manage filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring organization and confidentiality of documents
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting tasks
- Prepare daily deposits

-Pay invoices

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and experience with QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
