- Work with firm's largest personal injury cases within an Active Litigation Status
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Assist with case management and preparation for trials and hearings
- Attend client meetings and communicate with clients to provide legal advice
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
- Review and analyze legal documents and contracts
- Maintain accurate and organized case files
```Qualifications:```
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting is preferred but not required
