Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in business litigation or insurance practice

Experience in:

• Seeking and opposing preliminary relief
• Drafting answers and complaints in business or insurance disputes
• Propounding and responding to detailed written discovery
• Interviewing witnesses and preparing affidavits
• Reviewing documents in an e-platform
• Taking and defending depositions
• Arguing at motion hearings
• Experience with research, analysis, and litigation of complex insurance issues a plus.
• Strong communication, technology, and organizational skills
• Excellent client interface capabilities
• Skilled drafting and writing ability

The ideal candidate will have experience in disputes involving breach of contract, employment, professional liability, and
construction claims.
