We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of human resources.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientations
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with employee evaluation process, including scheduling evaluations and tracking completion
- Support the training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records
- Conduct data entry and maintain HR databases, such as Workday or PeopleSoft
- Assist with HR sourcing activities, including posting job openings and reviewing resumes
- Provide support in conflict management by assisting with investigations and maintaining documentation
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and providing support to managers
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in an HR role or related administrative position
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Knowledge of iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems is a plus

Pay: $20.20 - $24.32 per hour
