Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design Excellence: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design captivating marketing materials, including flyers, banners, signage, digital content, and website layouts.
• Website Design: Develop visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts, incorporating brand guidelines, and modern design trends.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their design needs, provide creative solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the design process.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception to completion, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and our team, effectively communicating design concepts, website prototypes, revisions, and timelines.
• Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring a seamless design and website development experience.
• Self-Starter Mentality: Take initiative to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancements, and creative innovation within the role, contributing to the growth and success of our design services.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with web design tools.
• Strong graphic design portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and website design capabilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to client satisfaction and effective communication.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and personal development, staying updated on the latest design and web development trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Graphic Arts
• Previous experience in graphic design, website design, and customer service roles.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for website optimization.
