The Position

We have an opening for a General Manager in Brady, Texas . The position is responsible for overall store performance, customer service, marketing and collections.

-Responsible for his/her center including meeting financial goals and profitability

-Responsible for developing marketing and new business through direct mailings, distributing flyers, visiting financial institutions/area businesses and referrals

-Responsible for daily transactions involving: customer service, approval of new account, bank business, closing delinquent accounts, trial balancing, filing daily Report, daily accounting sheet

-Responsible for the collection of all accounts which include: sending past due notices, sending certified letters, and making phone calls on late accounts

-Manager responsible for submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Area Manager

-Responsible for daily Banking procedure of pickup and deposit.

-Perform other duties or instructions as assigned

Requirements:

-Must have at least two years of experience as a Manager

-Daily reliable transportation

-Our employees are pre-scheduled to work 40 hours per week Monday-Saturday with one day off during that week.

We are also closed on Sundays.

This position has a base hourly rate plus huge monthly bonus opportunities.
