Building Maintenance Company seeking full-time floor technicians in the Tampa, FL area. Sunday - Thursday, 7 PM - 4 AM. Experience is preferred but will train.

Applicants will provide and maintain a clean and sanitary environment by ensuring all floor surfaces are maintained with a professional appearance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Be able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Follow established safety precautions.
• Perform proper techniques of floor care and preparation of areas to be cleaned, buffed, stripped, or waxed.
• Must be able to operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment including but not limited to floor buffer/burnishes, and water extraction machines.
• Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Must have a current driver’s license and a violation-free driving record.

Must pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug test, and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications
- Experience in cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and buffing
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience
- Knowledge of environmental services and commercial cleaning practices
- Possession of a valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
