Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.
Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Act as the first point of contact for executives, handling phone calls and correspondence
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research and compile data to support projects
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Skills:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Experience with project coordination and document management systems like DocuSign
