Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced District Manager to oversee multiple locations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing operations, and ensuring profitability across the district.

Duties:

- Supervise and lead a team of store managers and staff members
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Monitor and analyze district performance metrics including profit loss, sales, and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Lead project management initiatives to drive operational excellence
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet company objectives

Pay: From $115,000.00 per year
