An exciting opportunity awaits a dynamic and experienced Director of Technology to lead strategic initiatives within a prominent organization's Marketing Technologies and Technical Team. The role involves providing visionary leadership in technology-driven operations, overseeing projects on various Salesforce platforms, and driving optimal business outcomes. As a key player in shaping the future success of the leading Health Insurance Services Provider, you will bring a wealth of expertise to this critical role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project strategies, overseeing project plans, schedules, status reporting, and resource forecasts.
  • Lead and oversee a high-performance team responsible for technology infrastructure, systems administration, network operations, IT support, and related functions.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities across all Salesforce technologies to achieve maximum benefit for the organization.
  • Communicate a clear and compelling vision, ensuring team alignment with program goals and objectives.
  • Drive project teams by advocating for necessary resources, providing strategic technical insights, and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Stay abreast of evolving technology trends to inform and guide strategic program management decisions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for technology infrastructure, systems, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high quality.
  • Foster seamless communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to enhance overall project efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing technology operations, preferably as a Vice President or Director.
  • 2 years of dev/admin experience in Salesforce
  • Salesforce.com Certifications are highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing technology operations strategies, driving process improvements, and managing complex technology environments.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification is a strong plus.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, or Asana.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 based on experience.
