A beautiful Assisted Living / Personal Care facility in the Northeast of Philadelphia / Bucks County is seeking a Director of Nursing to join their dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The Director of Nursing is responsible to oversee all nursing operations of our facility. Apply today to learn more about our facility
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee infection control policies throughout the facility
- Responsible for RASPs and all required documentation.
- Evaluate, direct and supervise all resident care
- Orient and oversee all nursing personnel
- Coordinate care with medical professionals.
- Strengthen relationships with team members, residents, and family members
Requirements:
- PA LPN license
- Knowledge of DHS regulations.
- 2 Years of supervisor experience in assisted living/personal care setting
Job Type: Full-time
