A skilled nursing facility is looking to hire a Director of Business Development in the Toledo area. Who would continue building community ties and enhancing relationships with senior living facilities. This position requires an upbeat and innovative personality who can think outside the box, has a strong desire to achieve results in a highly competitive market, and is willing and able to travel.

Director of Business Development Qualifications:

  • Ability to market aggressively while simultaneously maintaining positive industry relationships
  • Demonstration of good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing is a huge plus!
  • One to three years of marketing or sales for a Long-term care facility is preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License with the ability to drive to facilities as necessary
