Well established office has and immediate opening for an office coordinator.
We are looking for someone who is Personable, Motivated,
Punctual, and wants to be part of an amazing team.
Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work under stress at
times, stay organized and plan ahead, learn quickly and
adapt accordingly.
We provide all aspects of dental care. We are looking
for the right person to join the team and grow with us!
M-Th and partial Fri or Saturday, as needed.
Responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office,
including: maintenance of the records of patients, scheduling of patients, accounts
receivable, maintaining appearance and order of dental office, presentation of
financial treatment plan options, and recall/recare system.
