Position Summary:

As the first point of contact with our patients, the Director of First Impressions plays a critical role in the success of our office. We are seeking for the right person to join our dedicated team. We are a multi-specialty dental practice with offices in multiple locations and have been serving our community for over 50 years.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will be a warm, cheerful, and compassionate individual who enjoys interacting with people.
  • A key responsibility in this role is assisting patients in a non-clinical related matter, scheduling appointments, and obtaining all necessary and relevant information from our patients with a pleasant and upbeat style.

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum 2-year dental office experience
  • Working knowledge of key dental terminology and procedures.
  • Experience working with dental software.
  • High School Diploma
  • Fluent in English and Spanish helpful, but not required.

You will manage the day-to-day process efficiently and daily audits and corrections to ensure claims are not held up in the clearinghouse.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
