Overview:

Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with customers
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs and achieve department goals
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for process improvements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
- Sales experience is a plus
