Job Summary:
Immediate opening available for the Company Controller position in the Missoula area at the Company’s Headquarters. We are a multi-national organization and a leader in our industry. You will be recognized as a key member of Senior Management and a key interface point for anything financial that exists in the company. Requirements for the position include:

-Accounting Degree:

• Advanced Degrees / CPA are a definite plus.

-Previous experience in a matrix organization with demonstrated proficiency in working with simultaneous organizational interfaces:

• You should have demonstrated experience as a trusted finance professional who can efficiently interface with all functions in the organization.

- Solid experience working in a manufacturing environment.

• Solid knowledge of Cost and Inventory accounting experience is required.

- Previous active user in an ERP environment (please list those systems that you have used);

- Full Financial Statement preparation and monthly reporting responsibilities:

• Account analysis and FP&A activities;
• Monthly Financial Statement variance analysis.

- Supervision of the Accounting Department;

- Frequent direct interface with Executive Management and the Board of Directors.

- GAAP knowledgeable.
