Are you an Audit Manager looking to make Partner in the next few years?
Joining this mid-size CPA firm there is a Partner spot that needs to be filled in the next few years, they’re on the lookout for the right person to join this year who can grow organically into the position.
As a manager at this firm you won’t be doing ridiculous hours during busy season and will likely max out at 55 hours a week with 40 hours a week over the summer months, you’ll also benefit from a flexible remote working set up.
Ideally, you’ll be al all-rounder with some experience in construction, service and Not for Profit industries and have a good understanding of how to lead a team in engagements ensuring all deadlines are being met on time and the best quality of the work.
You’ll benefit from full healthcare cover, 4 weeks of PTO that increases with length of service and a competitive bonus scheme.
