Community Manager

Summary of Position

We’re looking for a manager that engages with our residents. Who makes sure our residents are at home and their needs are met and deliver flexible housing solutions. As a Community Manager you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the day to day operations, utilizing all resources to accomplish property objectives and operational goals. Open for a strong Assistant Community Manager that is looking for the Manger opportunity.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Oversee the day-to-day operations, property budget and organization of the property management office and maintenance

· Ensure collections of rent, deposits, and fees

· Responsible for planning and controlling expenditures in order to obtain products and services at a minimum cost. To initiate, review and approve payables within products with authorized spending limits

· Provide training, supervision and support to community employees

· Timely apartment ready turns to show in 3-5 days

· Provide marketing reports and strategies

Qualifications

· Experience with property management software such as Yardi, Real Page, or Resman

· Knowledge in Low income and Affordable Housing

· Prior experience with 300 units

· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Community Manager

· CPM or CAM certificates are preferred but not required

· Strong customer services, communication, and organizational skills

· Detailed orientated and ability to multitask

· Ability to make independent decisions and handle emergency situations professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
