Job Summary
We seek an Assistant Community Manager to support and advance all efforts to maintain the efficient and safe management of affordable housing properties developed for senior citizens. The ACM helps maintain positive rapport and communication with employees, residents, regulatory agencies as well as community constituents.

This position will report directly to the Community Manager.
Compensation & Classification
CCH is committed to paying competitive wages. The salary range for this position is $20.00 - $24.20 / hourly. Based on CCH's Compensation philosophy, the majority of new hires are brought in at the minimum of the salary range. CCH has a competitive benefits package with health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 8% of an employer contribution for retirement, and more. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This position is based at Woodland Christian Towers located at 600 E. Tidwell Road, Houston, TX 77022.
