The role requires superior collaboration skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively. The CHRO will also be responsible for ensuring legal compliance in employment practices, serving as a member of collective bargaining negotiations, and creating a safety culture within the organization. Knowledge of K-12 schools and thorough knowledge of all aspects of Human Resources are essential, as is the willingness to work flexible hours and schedules.
