Position Duties:

Step into the role of Case Manager with our personal injury law firm. We're seeking individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of accident victims. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll provide unparalleled support and guidance to our clients, ensuring they receive the assistance they need to navigate the complexities of their cases.

Location: This position will be in a Beverly Hills office.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in comprehensive consultations with clients to understand the intricacies of their cases

• Maintain meticulous client records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Gather pertinent evidence and information crucial to each case

• Conduct thorough investigations to establish liability, including obtaining witness statements and evidence documentation

• Coordinate and facilitate necessary medical treatments for clients

• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on case progress and addressing inquiries

• Schedule and manage clients' medical appointments, ensuring they stay on track with their treatment plans

• Navigate insurance claims processes and manage any associated liens

• Prepare legal documents and correspondence as needed

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, including attorneys and medical providers, to ensure seamless case management

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a case manager at a personal injury law firm

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
