Our firm is seeking a is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Case Manager to handle personal injury case files. You must have prior personal injury case management experience along with being able to handle a case file from intake to settlement or litigation to be considered for this position. A case manager is responsible in assisting clients in gathering all needed information to support their claim while maintaining communication throughout the case.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all prelitigation aspects of a personal injury case file
• Schedule doctor appointments for clients
• Open insurance claims
• Open Medi-Cal/Medicare/Private Insurance Liens
• Collect all possible information, evidence and documentation that pertains to the case
• Collect and organize medical records
• Prepare files to submit to demand writers
• Manage medical treatment while providing treatment recommendations
• Client communication

Qualifications:

• Fluent Bilingual English/Spanish
• Strong time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
