Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee our operations across multiple locations within Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable performance of each site within the region.
Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of site managers and staff to achieve operational excellence
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and meet financial targets
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee property maintenance and ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety
- Handle customer escalations and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Implement training programs to enhance staff skills in customer service, upselling, and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
-LIHTC experience/certification required
- Proven experience in regional management or similar role within the industry (5 years minimum)
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices, and office administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership
- Ability to analyze financial data, create budgets, and drive profitability
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and customer service best practices
- Experience in facilities management, including maintenance and repairs
- Strong negotiation skills for contract agreements with service providers
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with legal administrative processes related to property management
-Willingness to work in communities located in transitional neighborhoods
-Entrata software experience preferred
-Must be on call during non-business hours for any emergencies which may arise
-Must be able to work both independently and with a team
-Must be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
