Our Auto Repair centers were built on a family tradition of trust and quality service and as a Service Manager, your mission is to lead your team by combining your in-depth knowledge with your exceptional people skills to supervise and coordinate the activities of auto technicians and general service technicians.
- Who We're Looking For- Dedicated and reliable individual Enjoys working in a team environment Aptitude to problem solve, manage and lead.
- What You’ll Do: Manage workflow of the service department Prepare service estimates Maintain customer trust Drive Sales and Car Count Assure customer’s concerns are addressed in the technician’s inspection & findings Explain estimates, repairs needed/ recommended, & completion times Resolve customer concerns or complaints as they arise Foster a good working relationship with parts vendors Maintain inventory for back shop supplies Assist with purchase of parts, material & equipment Train service personnel Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
