As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing sales staff, sales success of the dealership, contribute to the planning and developing of the sales departments short-term and long-term goals and meeting the objectives set by management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, training and management of sales staff
- Insure sales staff understands and is compliant with the policies and procedures
- Communicate with assigned sales staff the policies and procedures
- Evaluate the performance of the assigned sales staff
- Promote an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale
- Coordinate the function of sales consultants with all other departments so they work together as a team
- Guide and support all Sales people in daily activities to ensure they meet their objectives
- Evaluate trades (training will be provided)
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience in the automotive industry
- Must have above group CSI and trending towards top 10%
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge, computer software and internet proficiency
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills Benefits:
