**Job Overview:** We are seeking a Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, preferably in a dealership or automotive service setting. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to assist customers effectively. **Duties:** - Greet customers and provide them with information on services offered - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries - Assist customers in scheduling vehicle maintenance appointments - Process payments for services rendered - Maintain a clean and organized counter area - Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers **Skills:** - Experience in customer service, preferably in a dealership or automotive service environment - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers - Ability to negotiate and address customer concerns professionally - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Knowledge of vehicle maintenance is beneficial - Retail sales experience is advantageous If you are a customer-oriented individual with a passion for providing excellent service, we encourage you to apply for the Counter Person position. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
