Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of our business operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals
- Manage day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Monitor financial performance and budget to ensure profitability
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

Skills:
- Proficiency in retail math for budgeting and financial analysis
- Experience with sales software for tracking and reporting
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with vendors and partners
- Ability to engage in cold calling and outside sales activities
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse customers
- Prior experience in sales with a proven track record of success
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional customer interactions
- Knowledge of retail sales strategies to drive revenue growth

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
