This is a fun, fast, preowned store needing a high-performing, experienced, Finance Manager.

We are family owned and operated. We are looking for a team player and if you are bilingual a plus but not a must! Must be able to spin 60-80 deals a month.

Job Responsibilities:

• The Finance Manager coordinates all activities regarding finance and insurance for our valued clients, which includes working to help customers obtain financing, preparing all associated documentation, selling extended warranties and additional protection products
• Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
• Maintain F&I income at an acceptable level
• Manage CIT’s daily to expedite funding

Qualifications

• 3 years Automotive Finance Manager experience preferred.
• Prior car sales experience required.
• Proven ability to provide an Exceptional Client experience.
• MUST BE A TOP PRODUCER
• Ability to handle high volume in a fast paced environment
• Reynolds and docuPad experience is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
• Must have a Valid Driver's License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $79,328.44 - $180,000.00 per year
