Looking to hire an Assistant Property Manager to add to our team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
· Assist Manager with whatever is needed
· Recertify residents (Full training provided)
· Enter rent deposits
· Enter in work orders for maintenance
· Greet/assist walk-ins and answer phones
Necessary skills for this position include:
· Able to function in a fast-paced environment
· Strong organizational skills with strong ability to multi-task
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong resident relations skillset
· Ability to follow up on assigned tasks
· Dependable with a strong work ethic
· Bilingual - Spanish Speaking
- Experience:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
