Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. The Assistant Property Manager will assist in the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient property management.
Responsibilities:
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of repairs
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and rent collection
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate tenant records
- Support the Property Manager in various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and team members
- Proficiency in computer systems and Quickbooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management, including lease agreements
