Job Overview:

The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff to ensure efficient operations in compliance with company standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Operations Manager in identifying and implementing operational strategies to meet business targets and objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to operations staff to ensure that customer service, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Oversee manufacturing and logistics processes and daily operations. Direct between 70-110 employees.
• Ensuring compliance with Safety and Regulatory standards and requirements.
• Review regular reports on operational performance and recommend operational improvements.
• Maintain records on operational performance reports.
• Collaborate with departments across the organization to improve overall business performance and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of operations staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, PDF Generation, and other common automation software.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and safety protocols
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in managing and developing staff.

Pay: $84,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
