Local service company looking to interview for an Assistant Office Manager that can assist with all areas in the office - focused on the accounting side. MUST have 3 years Quickbooks experience and work history showing stability of working at a position for more than one year and great attendance record.
The applicant must be well-rounded and open to assisting in all functions of the office including accounting, operations, payroll, answering customer calls, cleaning and corresponding with production. Opportunity to grow into a larger position in the future.
Must have three (3) years office experience with preferably a background in accounting (Quickbooks) to assist in that department as needed. Should have experience in payroll processing also. Prefer at least an Associates degree. Must have proven history of consistency and dependability with the required experience listed here and great attendance and work history.
Position hours are 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Monday - Friday. $23.00/hour with paid vacation, paid personal days and paid holidays.
