Answering and directing phone calls
Reception duties
Calendar management and travel scheduling
Mail processing
File maintenance
Writing and distributing correspondence via email/mail/fax
General office management duties, including maintaining inventory of office supplies and coordinating with office equipment service vendors (copiers, etc.)
Ensuring that the office is maintained in a clean and professional state
Pay: 22-24/hr depending on experience
