Administrative Assistant needed for local mechanical contractor. Will provide direct support to Controller, Service Department and Project Managers. Duties may include but aren't limited to payables and receivables entry, filing, answering phones, payroll processing and deposits. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is needed. This is a Monday thru Friday, 7:30am until 4:00pm, full time position. Pay is commensurate with experience.
