Growing home builder manufacturer is looking for an industry experienced Business Development Rep to add to their team.
Duties include:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to close deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback

5 years of business development experience in the home builder or related industry
- Strong negotiation and sales skills with a track record of achieving targets
- Knowledge of software solutions and their application in business environments
- Strategic planning abilities to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in project management principles to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
